Adult Driver Education Program

We are committed to delivering high-quality driver education that emphasizes safety, real-world driving skills, and smart decision-making from day one. Bayou Brake Driving School offers an Adult Driver Education Program for individuals 18 years of age or older who have never held a driver’s license. Louisiana law requires completion of a 14-hour pre-licensing course. The test for the state of Louisiana is taken at the end of class. All students must pass with a minimum of 80%. Students will be called with test results at the beginning of the week following class. An option to retest after driving is possible.
